Every piece — regardless of service level — follows the same basic path from intake to return. The detail and scope expand with each tier; the care and documentation remain constant.
Intake & Inspection
The watch is examined under magnification. A written condition note is prepared before any work begins.
Disassembly & Cleaning
Movement components are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath with watch-specific solution, then dried carefully.
Service & Reassembly
Fresh lubrication applied under microscope. Worn components replaced where required and agreed.
Testing & Return
Timegrapher readings, 24h wear simulation, and a written summary provided with the watch at collection.
Service 01
Routine Service & Cleaning
A foundational bench service for working timepieces: movement cleaning, fresh oiling, and timing adjustment. Designed for owners who wear a single watch daily and want it kept reliable. Includes a short inspection summary and a check of crown and pusher function.

Service 02
Crystal & Seal Renewal
Addresses scratched or clouded crystals and aged seals. Includes crystal replacement or refinishing, gasket renewal, and a basic water resistance check. Suited to pieces that have seen years of regular wear. Includes a gentle exterior clean and reassembly to factory tolerances where applicable.
- Mineral, sapphire, or acrylic crystal replacement as appropriate

24-Hour Wear Simulation
Completed movements run on a watch winder for 24 hours before collection to confirm consistent performance.
Permanent Bench Record
A service record is kept on file for every piece. Useful if the watch needs further attention in future years.
