Loupe-Level Attention
Each piece is examined under magnification before any work begins. Small details matter in horology, and nothing is overlooked at intake.
Written Condition Report
You receive a clear account of what was found and what was done — no technical jargon, just an honest record you can keep with the watch.
Sympathetic Approach
Patina and originality are respected wherever possible. Work is done to restore function, not to erase a watch's personal history.
Unhurried Timeline
No artificial rush. Bench work follows the pace the job demands. If something takes longer to do well, it takes longer.
Period-Correct Parts
Where replacement components are needed, period-appropriate parts are sourced. Modern substitutes are used only when originals are unavailable and you're informed either way.
Plain Communication
Questions are welcome at any point. Progress updates are given before work advances, so you're never left wondering about a watch that matters to you.

Things People Usually Ask
How long does a routine service take?
Most routine services are returned within two weeks. During busier periods this may extend slightly. You'll receive an honest estimate at intake and we'll let you know if anything changes.
Do you work on both mechanical and quartz movements?
Yes. The bench handles both mechanical and quartz calibres. For quartz, battery replacement and movement cleaning are straightforward. Mechanical watches — particularly vintage pieces — are where the deeper work tends to happen.
My grandfather's watch has sentimental value. Is it safe to leave here?
Inherited and cherished pieces are handled with the same care their history deserves. Nothing is done without your knowledge and approval. The Collector's Restoration program was designed specifically for watches of this kind.
What if parts are hard to find?
Component sourcing is part of the restoration process. We work through established supplier networks to find period-appropriate parts. If a part cannot be sourced, you'll be told clearly before any alternatives are considered.
How are prices determined?
Pricing is set per service level, as shown on the Solutions page. The Routine Service is ฿4,200, Crystal & Seal Renewal is ฿14,800, and the Collector's Restoration is ฿33,000. Additional parts, if needed, are discussed and agreed before sourcing.
Can I come in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. If you'd like to discuss a complex restoration before bringing the watch in, a brief message or phone call ahead of your visit helps us set aside enough time for a proper conversation.
